Memories from my Childhood

Versions 1 and 2, Linocut prints, 8″x10″ (2024)

Both of these pieces are distinct memories from my childhood, depicted the ways a child might remember them. In both of them, I included myself as a ghost, as my childhood self is now dead, and I am disconnected from the person I used to be.

I loved working on both of these pieces. They are both linocuts, one a simple one layer cut, and the other a reductive print. The process was a lot of fun to learn!
